Frances
Hockemeyer grew up in south Florida,
where she has lived all her life, except for an 18 year residence in
Wisconsin. With a father as a general contractor
in southern Florida, she has learned all aspects of construction. She is a graduate of the University of
Wisconsin, with high honors– a major in Marketing and Advertising with a minor in
Business. She has earned her degree while
raising her children, serving on one of the largest school boards in Wisconsin; also an
elected director to the State School Board Association; and on on the State Executive
Committee for a political party. Fran has
three children and four grandchildren. |

Carletta Richardson Hadley is a native of Naples, Florida.
Since the family business is home construction, selling
homes was a natural career choice for her. Southwest Florida Builders, Inc. is the name of the construction company
where she is not only the office manager, but also one of the selling
team. Since the company mostly builds in
the Golden Gate Estates area, Carletta is an area specialist .
Carletta is a member of the Multiple List Service and has volunteered for the American Red Cross and Troop Medical Center. She recently had the opportunity to experience first hand the complexities of building her new home in Golden Gate Estates. |
