2.)  Maintain the exterior of the property:

• Lawn mowed, shrubs trimmed, flowers edged and weeded.
• Driveway and walkways clear and cleaned - fill in holes and cracks
• Exterior house paint in good condition no peeling or cracking. Paint the front door to welcome your guests.
• Repair all screens in windows, doors and pool enclosures.
• Replace exterior light bulbs.
• Remove clutter from yard.

3.)  Maintain the interior of the home:

• Clean walls so that they are unmarked and fresh.
• Clean windows - inside and outside - to sparkle.
• Repair any broken light fixture and replace bulbs.
• Spray an air freshener or room deodorizer and avoid cooking, smoking or pet odors.
• Caulk the sinks, tubs and showers.
• Clean the sinks and maintain faucets in working condition.
• Scrub the Kitchen and Bathrooms and remove clutter from the counter tops.
• Remove clutter in closets, garage and all storage areas.
